Supply Chain Crisis!
The majority of courgette sold in the UK are produced in Spain and Italy.
As a result of the weather the countries cannot produce enough product as they need to keep up with the demand.
The weather has also affected the production of lettuces, salad peppers, broccoli and cabbage.
