The FSA has issued an allergy alert advising people with a Peanut allergy to avoid all products containing Mustard or bearing a “may contain Mustard” statement (in all forms – powder, paste, flour). The link to the FSA alert can be found below:

At the moment, there is no reason to believe that Davin Foods is affected by this issue. None of our suppliers have proactively contacted us to notify us of their implication. We are currently contacting our suppliers to seek confirmation from them that they do not purchase from FGS Ingredients.

How it might affect you: In light of this information, Davin Foods would like to remind you that some of our products contain Mustard as well as a “may contain Mustard” statement. This information and alert from the FSA needs to be relayed to your customers if it is not already the case.

Where can you find information regarding allergens for Davin Foods products?

• B2B labels – B2B labels have an allergen advice box.

• Food-to-go labels: food-to-go round labels have an ingredient list with the allergen highlighted in bold as well as a precautionary (may contain) statement. 
  

• Product specifications – our product specifications are available on request from our Technical team at technical@davinfoods.com 
  

We are working with our ingredients suppliers to identify if they have been affected by this issue. We will update you with any new developments.
